writer and artist

illustrator, naruralist and conservationist and an award winning sheep farmer.

Helen Beatrix Potter was born on 28 July 1866 and she died on December 22nd in 1943 at age 77.
She left fifteen farms and over four thousand acres of land to the National Trust.
In accordance with her wishes, Hill Top Farm was kept exactly as it had been when she lived in it,
and receives thousands of visitors every year. HILL TOP
